Goldman Sachs created the 10,000 Small Businesses program as a way to meaningfully invest in small businesses and local entrepreneurs. The program provides these business owners with access to education, financial assistance, and business support services.

The program is a 16-week class based on the fundamentals for growing a business and is provided in partnership with community colleges around the country. The New Orleans program operates in partnership with Delgado Community College.

Jamie Andrepont was chosen to participate in and recently graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.

“It was an incredible opportunity to learn from financial and entrepreneurial experts and implement what I’ve learned here at AFX Pro,” Jamie said. “The program is described as an MBA for your business, and that’s exactly what it came to be.”

Small business owners must balance the daily demands of their companies along with the stress of attempting to grow their businesses. Alone, it is almost impossible.

“We want to provide the best possible service for our clients for years to come, so I am thankful for the time this program has allowed me to enhance and strengthen our company foundation,” said Jamie.
